2023 Multi-Million Dollar Finance Club Top Finance Agents of the Year

 STEP ONE

 STEP TWO 

The online application will allow you to enter your total calculated finance statistics, but also requires a list of transactions to back up those numbers. After entering your information, you must include the name and email address for your Approving Broker to serve as their signature approving these numbers. Then, you will be asked to upload a list of your 2023 transactions within the DC, MD and/or VA jurisdictions.

Transactions which you enter from outside the CREBA region cannot be more than 25% of the total value of your deals. When transaction information is entered, all totals will be automatically calculated.

 STEP THREE 

A tally of your entered finance information with approval from you Broker must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Your application will also be reviewed by CREBA staff.

​

Once you have reviewed the rules and you are ready to begin, download the MS Excel Sample Spreadsheet and fill in applicable information. Share spreadsheet with your Approving Broker and add their name, email address and date of approval to your submission.

​

The Top Finance Agents and other Commercial Award Winners will be announced on Monday, April 8th at our Annual Awards Dinner at The Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. The Awards Dinner has long been known as CREBA’s premier annual event. This is your opportunity to put your name in the company of illustrious past winners.

​

All nominations and forms are due by midnight Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards dinner! Tickets can be PURCHASED ONLINE or by calling 301.503.5425

​

REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted.
