We are now accepting applications for the 2020 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC (CREBA) awards including Leasing, Sales & Finance Transactions of the Year. Don’t pass up this opportunity to be honored by your peers. This is the only awards program in the region that recognizes the individual broker. 

​

Please note: Given the ongoing Global Pandemic, CREBA will not be awarding the volume/production awards (multi-million dollar clubs, Top 10s/#1 Regional Brokers) for 2020. We will continue to award Transactions of the Year (for leasing, sales, finance, and retail), James L. Eichberg Broker of the Year, Rising Star, Brendan McCarthy Memorial Award and the Joseph Stettinius Jr. Leadership Award and a NEW Innovation Award.

In order to qualify for a Regional Sales Transaction of the Year, the deal must have closed between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. At least one firm on the deal must be a CREBA member or CREBA sponsor to qualify as a winner. Awards will be presented for the following:

All nominations and forms are due by midnight Friday, February 12, 2021. Winners will be announced this spring.

REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Friday, February 12, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted.
